Emily is a middle-schooler who is having a hard time fitting in at school and at home. Clifford, destined to be her best friend, is a small red puppy that comes into her life who has suddenly grown ten feet overnight! She turns to her Uncle Casey for assistance when Clifford attracts the attention of a genetics company who wish to supersize animals. This comedy adventure gets exciting when the whole neighborhood helps to hide Clifford while racing across the city.
